教育及工作经历：

1987年毕业于山东海洋学院（现中国海洋大学）海洋生物系，获学士学位。1987年进入中国科学院海洋研究所，获硕士和博士学位。

1987年至今，历任中国科学院海洋研究所助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。曾在澳大利亚南澳洲水生科学中心(South Australian Aquatic Sciences Centre, SARDI) 和香港科技大学进行访问研究。

承担项目情况：

长期从事贝类发育遗传学研究，主要研究方向为贝类遗传育种和幼体发育的分子调控机制。先后主持国家863重大项目课题、国家自然科学基金、国家支撑项目等10多项课题的研究。现承担课题情况：

1. 国家863计划课题：主要养殖双壳贝类良种培育（2012AA10A410）。

2. 国家自然科学基金：TGF- 信号通路在长牡蛎早期胚胎背部化决定及贝壳发生中的功能研究（31472265）。

发表文章情况：

发表SCI论文60余篇，获国家发明专利授权21项，主持制定国家和行业标准2项，获国家水产新品种授权1项。
