理学博士,研究方向为海洋动物发育调控,主要以传统遗传学-组学-生物信息学的技术体系为基础,研究模式生物秀丽线虫和典型海洋线虫的环境适应机制以及生命演化进程。目前开展的工作有:

1. 利用多组学手段以及基因编辑技术进行海洋线虫模式种的构建。

2. 秀丽线虫与海洋线虫生长发育调控机制的研究。

  3. 典型海洋线虫的环境适应机制研究。
