理学博士,研究方向为海洋动物分子生物学与系统演化,主要从事海洋甲壳动物与贝类的环境适应机制、遗传学与进化研究。以深海化能极端环境中的优势大型甲壳动物为研究对象,进行了长角阿尔文虾的转录组、蛋白修饰组与进化分析,揭示了其适应不同热液、冷泉环境的分子基础,同时还开展了柯氏潜铠虾的全基因组测序工作;构建了重要经济物种-中华绒螯蟹的高密度遗传图谱并进行数量性状定位,同时结合组学分析提出了中华绒螯蟹ZW性别决定的新观点;对分布在印度洋及太平洋海域的濒危物种-三种砗磲Tridacnidae,进行了大尺度的种群遗传学研究,为更好的进行保护提供了遗传学信息,并进一步揭示了印度马来海域具有丰富的生物多样性的原因;利用分子标记技术辅助我国主要经济贝类-栉孔、海湾、虾夷和华贵栉孔扇贝的育种,包括对野生群体进行遗传多样性分析、物种鉴定及亲子鉴定、遗传图谱的构建与重要数量经济性状定位。已发表SCI科研论文40余篇,主持包括国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发项目子课题、中国科学院海洋大科学研究中心重点部署项目等在内的多个项目。
